Hello! We're Angela and Joe, two food-lovers who fell in love over meals we've shared throughout the world. We like experimenting with fresh ingredients, interesting food combinations, and fun world cuisine. Our recipes have been featured in Bon Appetit online, Tasty Kitchen, FoodGawker, and Blogher. Joe does the cooking and photography; Angela does the prep and the writing. We are hoping to train the cats to do the clean-up now that the children are in college.
Between the two of us, we have over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and love to teach other people how to make good food and improve their cooking skills. We are certified by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and licensed by the State of Illinois Sanitation for food prep and safety.
